"Be the girl you were too lazy to be yesterday"

Good Morning everyone!

Well, I woke up this morning still extremely sore from Monday's workout, which consisted of a spin class, kickboxing class and a weight training class. Doing a spin class yesterday, and my own workout yesterday probably didn't help either.

Today, I will only be doing one spin class, and taking tonight off to try and recover a little. I cheated a little yesterday on my diet, so I will be extra careful today with what I put in my mouth.
