"My feet hurt from kicking so much ass"

So, the first week of 2012 is almost over... and I have to admit, my food choices haven't been so great. =/ I am still eating those cookies and candy and chips and whatever else. I need to try to make healthier food choices.

However, my workout schedule couldn't be better. While I am doing the same classes that I have been, I feel myself working harder than ever. I come out of the gym sweating buckets! I've never had my chin sweat before!

So, as I'm getting ready for my kickboxing class in a little over 3 hours, I remind myself of all the good I have done, and all the work I still have to do.
